Positive: This hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is stunning, with absolutely beautiful sunrise views. Everything was great, but what truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was brilliant and genuinely seemed happy working there, and that positive energy was felt throughout our stay. This was not only true for the front office team, but even the gardeners were incredibly kind and friendly, which really enhanced the experience. The hotel clearly takes good care of its staff, and that care is reflected in the way guests are treated. We loved our stay, enjoyed the classes, and would definitely recommend this hotel
